At Kapsi Cloth Emporium, we take utmost care to ensure your order is packed securely and delivered on time.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our procedures and responsibilities regarding the dispatch, handling, and delivery of products ordered from our website.

2. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver across India through our trusted logistics and courier partners such as DTDC, India Post, Delhivery, or equivalent.
International shipping is not offered at this time.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with tracking details.
  • Orders placed during festival periods or high-volume sale days may require additional handling time.

4. Delivery Timelines (Within India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: Up to 12 business days

⚠️ Note: Delivery timelines are approximate. Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities beyond our control.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location (pincode),
  • Product weight and size, and
  • Courier partner’s rate at the time of dispatch.

Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page before you confirm your order.

Once an order is placed and paid for, the shipping charge is non-refundable under all circumstances.


6. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number and courier partner details via email or SMS.
  • You can track the status directly on the courier’s official website.

If your tracking number is not active within 48 hours, please contact us at wecare@kapsicloth.com.


7. Packaging & Handling

Every parcel is packed in tamper-proof, moisture-protected packaging to prevent damage during transit.
If you receive a tampered or damaged parcel, please do not accept the delivery. Instead:
1️⃣ Take photos and videos of the parcel, and
2️⃣ Contact us immediately with your order details.

Kapsi Cloth Emporium will assist you in raising a claim with the courier, if applicable.


8. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
  • If you are unavailable or the address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to origin (RTO).
  • In such cases, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

9. Risk of Loss & Ownership Transfer

Once the order is dispatched and handed over to the courier,
➡️ Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

Kapsi Cloth Emporium will not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners,
  • Lost or stolen parcels after dispatch, or
  • Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

However, we will extend reasonable support in tracking or coordinating with the courier for resolution.


10. Delivery Confirmation

An order will be treated as successfully delivered when:

  • The tracking record shows “Delivered,” or
  • The courier confirms OTP or signature-based delivery.

In any dispute, the courier company’s delivery confirmation will be considered final and binding.


11. Incorrect Address or Non-Acceptance

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
Kapsi Cloth Emporium is not responsible for non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address,
  • Unavailability of the recipient, or
  • Refusal to accept the parcel.

Any reshipment under such cases will incur additional charges.


12. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact our support team.
We will assist you in following up with the courier.
However, Kapsi Cloth Emporium cannot be held responsible for courier delays, as they are managed by independent third-party service providers.


13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay, damage, or failure in delivery due to causes beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, transport breakdowns, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
